By-laws :
As of
January 1 2004, new fence by-laws were introcuded.
New height for residential properties is 2.13 metres(7 feet).
New height for industrial or commercial properties is 3 metres(9 feet
10 inches).
Also the new fence by-law is setting out minimum standards for the up
keep and maintenance of your fence. Good neighbour policy stands( good
side of fence to face neighbour).
